The concept and execution is quite good and whilst I should rail you for choosing that overused desaturated blue, you have successfully used it in this piece without it looking cliché. The framing is a beautiful and subtle touch, and it finishes the image off well.

I do have a small complaint with the difference of quality between the "hand of hope" and the chain -- it doesn't gel as well as it should.

(as if we wouldn’t like it – it is in a TR release...)

Well it definately reminds me of something I've seen before, although I have no idea what. like freakdesign said you've managed to pull off the use of blue very well. But have no qualms about the chain, a big two thumbs up.

The textures and color are lovely.. The hand holding the chain bothers me a bit though. :P (Lick)

Wondderful use of textures and great brushwork (if it's bruwshwork around the edges)...the concept is amazing...as well as the cool and almost dead blue...

this reminds me of a video i saw on mtv while back, cant remember the name..the people in it..or the artist who sang it, but unlike the mtv vid. im sure this'll stand out in my head for a while! great job

Maybe Haox is thinking of a Tool video... it has that sort of feeling to it, which in my opinion anyway is a very good thing. :) (Smile) I love all the TR stuff, and yours is no exception =D (Big Grin)
